This Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Services (EBS)
position is responsible of handling technical
problems and answering queries by telephone and/or chat in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software,
network, and telecommunications systems.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Successful diagnoses, identification, and isolation of problems
based upon customer interaction.
* For chat support, handles multiple chat engagements simultaneously.
* Researches and analyzes problems utilizing own expertise,
historical database records, knowledge management systems and internal point of contacts.
* Routing calls to available specialists in more complex and
* Responds promptly with appropriate solutions.
* Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
* Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of
* Flexibility to work on a First, Second, Third and weekend shifts.
WORK LOCATION FOR THIS POSITION IS AT THE LOCKHEED MARTIN SITE IN AGUADILLA, PUERTO RICO.
* Be fluent in English Language (Verbal, Reading & Written)
* Good communications skills
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
* Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite
* Technical troubleshooting skills (Operating systems, Networking, hardware and software applications)
* Knowledge of computer keyboard, shortcuts and usage. Typing agility and accuracy
