Your tasks and responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Order to Cash Lead, are to:?

  • Lead the Order to Cash (O2C) organization serving the Consumer Health (CH) & Pharmaceutical (PH) divisions and manage the offshore partner organization's delivery.? The key accountability is the full End to End (E2E) O2C process covering implementation and execution of O2C processes in accordance with the group;
  • Provide operational leadership to O2C in North America (NA);
  • Proactively work with the local and global O2C community (Subject Matter Expert (SME), functional leadership, Business Partners (BPs)- divisional, Integrated Business Operations IBOs) to convert strategy, policy, systems, tools and processes into the associated organization;
  • Further establish customer focus with the overall goal of customer satisfaction;
  • Ensure proper budget performance and alignment;
  • Be responsible for all policies and Internal Control System (ICS) controls;
  • Implement defined O2C process and provide input for continuous improvements;
  • Ensure commercial conditions (VISTEX), local norms and laws are implemented and followed by O2C team and deliveries follow-up according to prioritization rules;
  • Drive implementation and improve effectiveness of global Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Credit Management tools, guidelines and processes (FSCM - Financial Supply Chain Management);
  • Define processes for exception handling of order processing steps and ensure implementation within team;
  • Guide and monitor efficient and effective O2C operations in NA according to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) & Support O2C team to deliver agreed services levels and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Monitor global A/R KPIs and take proactive actions to have an efficient working capital cycle and to reduce impact of overdue and write-downs;
  • Manage and improve quality standards, manage daily service operations projects, respond to service demands and take appropriate action to resolve;
  • Ensure efficiency and reduction of complexity by standardization and the use of best practices in service delivery based on global framework;
  • Optimize coverage or credit insurance and risk mitigation initiatives;
  • Contributes to iPSE2020/Company 2022 transformation programs in adherence with overall transformation objectives and timeliness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s Degree;
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in O2C operations, finance and/or shared service operations;
  • At least 15 years? of combined related Pharma or Consumer Health or Consumer Product?or FSCM experience;
  • Strong practical experience in delivering based on offshore operations;
  • Broad knowledge of all facets of transactional supply chain operations;
  • Knowledge of similar company and customer supply chain processes and operations including size and complexity;
  • Proven experience with leading major projects and developing strong working relationships with stakeholders, the O2C community and customers;
  • Knowledge of IT system and Supply Chain Management (SCM) tools (FSCM, DISTEX, SAP);
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills (with 3rd party and internal stakeholders);
  • Exceptional decision making and problem solving skills and the ability to interface at the senior level with third parties/development partners;
  • Proficient at operating in multicultural environments;
  • Proven ability to manage staff effectively in a global organization, energizing and enabling teams to achieve outstanding results;
  • Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment;
